In line with the recommendations in the STRB’s 24th Report, the STPCD 14 has had a 1% uplift applied to the statutory minima and maxima of all pay ranges. However the document only includes discretionary reference points for the main pay range and leadership group pay range.

Last week, agreement was reached on the rates of pay applicable from 1 April 2016 to 1 April 2017 for business managers, business leaders and school and college support staff.
