We understand the consultation is seeking evidence of high quality and relevant pedagogical knowledge and research that underpins the delivery of ITE and PD for early career teachers in the further education sector.
In our reply we are reflecting the various approaches that providers use to enable individuals to be effective teachers, particularly where high-quality pedagogical knowledge helps trainees and early career teachers discern how and when to use different approaches and techniques to enable their students to achieve the best outcomes.
