The 2023
STPCD was published on Friday 13 October. The
2023 pay order has now been laid in Parliament and is due to come into effect on 3 November. Once employers have consulted on any changes to their pay policies, they may now finalise them.
As in previous years, we have uprated the discretionary pay scales since 2014, which you can access below.
