Pearson is continuing to contact colleges and schools where learners have expected completion dates in the system for results day this August, but where they do not have either a claim or the correct information they need to issue a result in August.
Sometimes, the issue is that the expected completion date for the learner is set in the system for August but in fact, the learner is not expecting a result at this time and either the date needs to be changed or the result needs to be withdrawn.
Learners who should no longer expect a qualification result in August 2023 should be notified and Pearson has supplied a
learner letter template to help with this situation.
