Gov.uk has published new information on the
changes to the early years foundation stage (EYFS) statutory framework which came into effect on 4 January 2024.

two versions of the EYFS for childminders and school-based providers, details of the document setting out
Early Years qualification requirements and standards, and the removal of the requirement for Level 3 practitioners to hold a Level 2 maths qualification to count within staff:child ratios to now place this requirement on managers.
