A typical coaching consultancy can consist of three to six sessions which can be broken down into several parts.
The coaching programme will be run by ASCL consultant Steve Playford, Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Resilience at Work
, and accredited trainer and coach. Steve has ten years' experience of headship and wide experience of coaching and mentoring new and aspiring headteachers.
