Queen Emma’s and Finstock Church of England Primary Schools are part of The MILL Academy Trust, which is a multi-academy trust consisting of three schools located within the same geographical area in West Oxfordshire. The vision of our Trust is

This is a hugely exciting time for our family of schools as a unique opportunity has arisen for an inspirational leader, committed to the benefits of working collaboratively within a multi-academy trust, to join us as the Headteacher of Queen Emma’s Primary School and Finstock Church of England Primary School.
Our new Headteacher will:
- Be passionate about improving the life chances and aspirations of all children
- Use their educational expertise and management skills to focus the efforts of all staff on improving the quality and impact of teaching and learning
- Understand the role of research and other sources of evidence in the decision making of senior leaders in schools
- Raise the profile of each school within their community to enable their continued growth and prosperity
- Play a key role in our Trust family of schools
We will provide you with:

You are very welcome, and encouraged, to visit the schools on Thursday 2 May at 11am, Tuesday 7 May at 11am or Thursday 9 May at 1pm. We will provide a minibus to move between the two school sites with the visit starting at Queen Emma’s Primary School. Please allow up to 2.5 hours for the visit to both sites.
