ASCL New to the Senior Leadership Team Conference 2025

Available from 2 July 2025 in a series of pre-recorded keynotes and workshops.

Our popular online conference provides an excellent introduction to all areas of senior leadership. 

Specifically designed for colleagues taking on their first senior leadership position or those have taken up the post in the last 6-months, this conference will give you the knowledge and information you need as you transition from middle to senior leadership.

Drawing from ASCL’s network of experienced senior leaders, this flexible and accessible conference covers a wide range of topics to develop your skills and confidence as you take this new step on your leadership journey. 

Through a series of pre-recorded keynotes and workshops, delegates will gain invaluable insights, practical tips and strategies which will provide you with a comprehensive introduction to the complexities of senior leadership. Recordings are available until August 2026, allowing you to revisit ideas and to make the most of the content.
