An update including insights from school leaders who have experience of inspection.
In this half-day session we will draw on the experiences from school leaders who have experienced the renewed inspection framework. We will also share wider knowledge from inspector training and reflect on how leadership teams can learn from these insights so that they are better prepared for inspection, including a focus on self-evaluation.
This session will be perfect for school leaders who are currently in the window for an inspection and want to know how to best prepare their leadership teams and wider school and college staff for an inspection.
