ASCL Primary Conference 2024

America Square Conference Centre, London

Improving outcomes for all children

  • Understand how to improve outcomes in your own setting with up-to-date knowledge and research data on primary literacy.
  • Explore a range of strategies and initiatives as practised by current primary leaders to show the effectiveness of different approaches.
  • Identify support, materials, and resources that will help you deliver a more effective curriculum, especially when considering how to improve outcomes for disadvantaged children and those with SEND.
  • Feel inspired and supported in your own leadership and gain insight into what works (and doesn’t work) in your own setting.
The ASCL Primary Conference is specially tailored for primary leaders across all settings and types of school.

This year, our opening keynote speaker is ASCL President John Camp OBE, and the first president from the primary sector. John leads a primary trust of schools that also includes one special provision. He is passionate about improving outcomes for all children, but particularly those who face barriers beyond their control, including socio-economic factors and SEND.

Our programme features national experts and experienced leaders who will share their knowledge and research to support your leadership. Delegates will have opportunities to explore new ideas and initiatives, and be empowered ready for the academic year ahead.
