934 ASCL members have had their tax professionally checked since 2017. Of these, 554 members - over 59%,  went on to discover they had errors in their tax records that had caused their employers to take too much tax off their pay.  

Since we first made a review available to members in 2009, ASCL members have managed to collectively recover over £544,000 incorrectly deducted from their pay, with refunds averaging £410.38 each. In many cases, members have also seen an increase in the net pay. These figures clearly demonstrate the importance of checking you are paying the correct tax. This is not something your employer does for you.
