Projects Abroad is the world’s leading overseas volunteering organisation. Founded in 1992, we arrange voluntary and experiential learning programmes in 20 countries worldwide.

Over the years Projects Abroad has helped over 141,000 volunteers travel across the globe to make a difference. Dedicated to making a positive, long-lasting impact, our wide range of programmes aim to improve opportunities for local people and protect wildlife. Projects Abroad is a Learning Outside the Classroom Quality Badge holder and an Expedition Providers Association member.

From conservation and community development to medical experiential learning opportunities, we have a wide array of trips. While making positive contributions during the programme, students also develop employability skills, learn about different cultures and explore the wonders of the world.
