Operation Wallacea has been running conservation research and management programmes for over 30 years. Groups of sixth form students can join these surveys and travel to remote, threatened and beautiful places across the world. They get hands on training and experience that enhances and supplements concepts taught inside the classroom.

Our expeditions are have resulted in over 700 publications in peer-reviewed journals and led to the discovery of over 80 new species to science.
