This one-day course will enable leaders to understand what has the biggest impact on staff wellbeing, and where energies are best focused to improve outcomes and benefits for staff and students.

  • how to effectively measure current staff wellbeing, and use the results to create a collaborative, whole staff solution

  • setting effective wellbeing goals, prioritising for maximum impact

  • ongoing action as a part of your school development plan to deliver sustainable improvements, not quick fixes!
