The Ofsted 2019 Education Inspection Framework (EIF) (09.00-12.00pm)

Ofsted’s new Education Inspection Framework (EIF) rolls out from September 2019 and represents the most significant change to school inspection in a decade. The promise is to focus less on data and get back to what matters most – the quality of education.  

In these half-day briefings, ASCL’s Curriculum and Inspection Specialist Stephen Rollett will outline the key points leaders need to be aware of so they know what to expect from an inspection.
 
Stephen has been closely involved in the development of the new framework and will explain the rationale and methodology that underpins both section 5 (full) and section 8 inspections.

Light refreshments and electronic resources will be included.  Please bring along a laptop or device in order to access materials.  Wifi will be provided.
