New to the Leadership Team

"This made me think about my own leadership style. I was quite happy that I could relate to the categories I have seen them used over the years and I am now using more than one leadership style." | Past delegate, 2019

On this highly practical and interactive course, participants will develop skills and attitudes to enable them to concentrate on the core purpose of their job and perform effectively as active and successful members of a new team.

There will be a focus on managing time and job pressures to enable high levels of effectiveness whilst leading a balanced and fulfilling life, successfully managing conflict and challenge within the new role, and reflecting on values and imperatives.
