On this highly practical and interactive course, participants will develop skills and attitudes to enable them to concentrate on the core purpose of their job and perform effectively as active and successful members of a new team.

There will be a focus on managing time and job pressures to enable high levels of effectiveness whilst leading a balanced and fulfilling life, successfully managing conflict and challenge within the new role, and reflecting on values and imperatives.
