Leading On - The Business Function of Schools (Part 2) - Your Position

This four-part webinar series will focus on the role of business, finance, pay and conditions, and operations for leaders and aspiring leaders in schools, colleges and trusts.

This session is the second part of a four-part series of webinars focusing on the business function in schools.

As school business leadership professionals continue to see their role evolve and develop at a fast pace and take on an increasingly diverse range of responsibilities, it is essential that those with responsibility for business, finance, and operational leadership have the opportunity to consider their role, both individually and in the context of the wider school leadership team.

It is recommended that participants view part 1 of the series before attending this session.
