It will also provide practical ideas and insight on addressing the biggest challenges facing senior leaders in Wales, as well as inspiration and the time to consider how as leaders we can shape the values and culture of our organisations to help them continue to transform.

The conference will offer access to policy makers, pedagogical and curriculum thinkers, strategic leaders from the business world, together with inspiring examples of leadership in a range of environments.
