Commission on Ethical Leadership - Moral DNA survey

12 September 2017

ASCL’s Commission on Ethical Leadership is a national project to help school and college leaders think about the basis upon which they make judgements in and about schools or colleges.

We’re inviting all of our members to participate in a quick and interesting survey as part of our preparatory work. It is a tool used internationally in large organisations and public services to help uncover the ways in which professionals approach moral issues. It is, of course, confidential to you. You’ll get personal feedback, but ASCL will get an overview of the distribution of characteristics among our members.

We’d be very grateful for your participation.

ASCL Honorory Secretary and Headteacher Carolyn Roberts has written a series of blogs on this commission, and which can be read here
