Boost language attainment with a Modern Language Assistant

07 February 2017

Modern Language Assistants (MLAs) bring authentic language and culture to the classroom. In a recent survey of host schools, heads of modern languages reported improved exam results, raising standards in under-performing students and motivating talented students to achieve more. The support of an assistant is even more valuable as teachers prepare students for the more challenging requirements of the new exams in England.

The British Council Language Assistants programme draws on 100 years of experience with overseas education authorities to provide trusted, high-quality assistants.

Applications open on 8 February 2017. More information is available here.
