Tackling Transition: A five-part series of webinars to support all aspects of the journey

Our Transition Conference, held remotely over the course of a week in April 2024, focused on the successful transition from primary to secondary.

Each session was recorded live and explored the following themes:

  • How to sequence your KS3 curriculum and enrichment offer for transition 
  • Wellbeing and mental health: how to coordinate knowledge of young people’s needs
