Cancellation fees are based upon the notice given.
All successful applications will be confirmed with joining instructions two to three weeks prior to the event. We advise that you do not make any travel arrangements until you have received your joining details. If you have not received anything by one week before the event, please contact the ASCL Professional Development office on 0116 2991122.
Information conferences only
Within 14 days of event 50 per cent charge.
Within seven days of event 100 per cent charge.
Short courses and one-day national conferences
More than 28 days £50 admin charge.
Within 28 days of event 50 per cent charge.
Within 14 days of event 100 per cent charge.
Within ten weeks of conference 25%
Within six weeks of conference 50%
Within four weeks of conference total fee
Name changes and substitutions – no charge.
Bookings cannot be transferred from one event to another and will be subject to the cancellation charges outlined.
All cancellations/changes must be confirmed in writing. ASCL reserves the right to modify the programme detail which may occasionally become necessary in certain circumstances. Cancellation charges are specific to each event so please check the detail on the individual fliers.
