Data protection

Under the Data Protection Act 1998, ASCL has legal obligations in respect of the personal information we hold about you. Some of this information will be regarded as “personal data”. The notices below are intended to tell you what you can expect when we collect information about you.

A subject access request is a written request for personal information (known as personal data) held about you by ASCL. Generally, you have the right to see what personal information we hold about you.  The documents below set out ASCL’s policy for responding to “subject access requests” under the Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA).
