The subscription is claimed in 9 monthly instalments between April and December 2012. Please see the subscription information for details on the monthly payments you will make.
Terms and conditions: Half price membership is only available to members of the leadership team who have not previously held ASCL (SHA) membership. This offer starts on 1 February 2012 and ends 29 February 2012 and is only available for subscription payments for 2012. Subscriptions will be drawn in nine equal payments by direct debit from April to December 2012. Normal subscription rates will apply from January 2013.
All direct debits are drawn on the first of each month.
What you need to do: complete the mandate attached to your application form and return both forms to the address below. The direct debit must have an original signature and we are unable to accept faxed copies of the instruction. If you are emailing an application form please ensure you post the signed original copies of your application form and direct debit. The direct debit guarantee should be retained for your information.
