The Principals’ Professional Council (PPC) represents the interests and viewpoints of FE Principals and senior postholders, providing guidance to its members on a wide range of issues, including pensions and retirement.

While the PPC remains an entirely independent body, our affiliation with the Association of School and College Leaders not only gives our members an increased range of services and expertise, but also gives us a stronger voice than ever in representing their views to Government and key decision-makers.

The PPC also provides support and advice directly through a network of experienced Principals and caseworkers covering all aspects of casework in Further Education, such as:

• Exit strategies

• Relationship issues with Boards/Chairs
• Whistleblowing
• Grievances
• General advice on pensions and contracts
