Principals’ Professional Council
The Principals’ Professional Council (PPC) is the association exclusively for Further Education Principals and senior postholders, and is solely devoted to protecting and representing the interests of all Further Education (FE) leaders.
Given the increasing responsibility, accountability and exposure these individuals now have for delivering the agenda of the Government and its agencies, the dedicated role of the PPC has never been needed more.
Members are seeking guidance on a more frequent basis than ever before about an increasingly wide range of issues, from individual advice about changes in pension rules and regulations to maintaining relationships between Board and Management.
The PPC can give its members one-to-one advice and support, unrivalled professional and legal support, with a network of Regional Officers providing an excellent framework for members to get speedy help whenever they need it.
The PPC’s team comprises:
- The General Secretary
- Full-time solicitors
- Full-time pension experts
- A team of highly experienced case workers based in the regions
- Fully experienced and trained serving Principals who can act as liaison/monitoring officers
